Fit, wear and care
- Take your usual size to wear it over a tee or a light layer. Size up one to wear it over a puffer.
- It is a rain shell, not an insulated jacket: the warmth comes from what is underneath.
- It packs into its own chest pocket.
- Machine wash cold with a tech wash. Ordinary detergent clogs the membrane.
- Tumble dry low for twenty minutes to refresh the water-repellent finish.
- Wash knitwear cold, by hand or on the wool cycle, and always dry it flat
- Wash denim rarely, inside out and cold, and hang it to dry
- Never tumble-dry wool, cashmere blends or waxed cotton
- Re-wax waxed jackets once a season and never machine-wash or dry-clean them

100% recycled nylon, 2.5-layer, rated 10,000mm waterproof, with a PFC-free DWR finish. Made in Vietnam. Fully taped seams, an adjustable hood with a stiffened brim, a water-resistant YKK front zip, underarm vents, two hand pockets and one chest pocket the shell packs into.

How does it fit?
Regular and true to size. Size up one to layer it over a puffer.
Is it really waterproof?
Yes: 10,000mm, with fully taped seams. It is a rain shell.
Is it warm?
No, and we would rather say so. It is not an insulated jacket; it keeps rain and wind out, and what you wear under it keeps you warm.
Water has stopped beading on it.
The water-repellent finish needs refreshing. Wash it with a tech wash and tumble dry it low; heat reactivates the finish.
Is the finish PFC-free?
Yes.
Why Signal Orange?
To be seen in rain, on a bike or a trail. Sage and Black are the quiet ones.
