How a pre-order works
- It is charged in full at checkout.
- It ships with its drop. Until then there is no tracking, which is normal.
- The expected ship date is on your order and on the pre-order status page. We share a date only when it is confirmed, and we never invent one.
- An order that holds a pre-order ships when the pre-order is ready. Sending the in-stock items ahead is decided by our team, on request.
- It can be canceled for a full refund at any point before it ships.
How a restock works
Core colors come back every season. When there is a confirmed date we share it; when there is not, we say so and do not guess. The Notify me button on a product page is how you hear the moment your size is back. A limited drop does not come back once it sells out, and we will not tell you otherwise.
Where drops are announced
Drops are announced first on the Wrenfield Discord, which is free and open to anyone. The newsletter follows. Workroom members get into each drop 24 hours before it opens to everyone.
Sales that are final
Anything marked down 40% or more, and everything in the Archive Sale, is final sale: it cannot be returned or exchanged. Prices are not adjusted after the fact for the Archive Sale or the Black Friday event. Nothing in the store is marked down today.
