Track your order
Enter your order number and the email you ordered with. This page shows the carrier, the tracking number and every scan. An exchange shows as its own order, with its own tracking.
Reading the tracking
- A new tracking number can show nothing for a day or so, until the package is scanned at the carrier's first facility.
- A day or two without a scan usually means the package is on a long leg between hubs.
- A larger order can leave in more than one box, each with its own tracking number.
- No tracking on a pre-order is normal: it has not shipped yet.
Tracking questions
It says delivered and nothing is here.
Check with neighbors, a mailroom or a safe place. With shipping protection, a claim opens 5 days after delivery; without it, write to us.
It has not moved in a week.
Inside the US, a package counts as lost after 7 days without an update, and after 20 days internationally.
It is running late. Can I cancel?
Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled; it is in the carrier's hands. You can refuse the delivery or return it when it arrives.
Where is my exchange?
The new size ships when your return gets its first carrier scan, and it has its own order and tracking.
