The Workroom is a paid annual membership, separate from the free Wrenfield Rewards program. Nothing ships with it: you pay once a year, and the perks apply on their own to your signed-in orders.

Early access gives you the first 24 hours to buy. It is not a reservation: stock is never held ahead of that.

- The perks apply automatically when you are signed in at checkout.

Why was I charged $60?
That is the Workroom renewing, once a year on the anniversary of joining. Nothing ships with it.
How do I cancel?
Write to us; our team cancels it on request. The perks run to the end of the year already paid.
I was charged shipping or a label fee as a member.
Make sure you were signed in. If you were, write to us and we make it good as store credit.
Is it the same as Rewards?
No. Rewards is free and earns points. The Workroom is paid.
Is it the same as Essentials Refresh?
No. Essentials Refresh ships a box on a schedule. The Workroom ships nothing.
