These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wrenfield store and any purchase you make from Wrenfield, Inc. (Wrenfield, we, us), a company based in Portland, Oregon. By using the store you agree to them.
This is a demonstration store operated by Razviel, and no orders are processed. Nothing on this site creates a contract of sale; these terms describe how the store would operate.
1. Who can use the store
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email and a one-time code; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Changing the email on an account is done by our team on request.
3. Products, sizes and descriptions
We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including how it fits and how much it shrinks. Size recommendations from us or from the Fit Finder are based on what you tell us and are not guarantees of fit; the remedy for a wrong size is the free exchange in our Refund Policy. Colors vary between screens, and garment-dyed pieces vary slightly from one to the next.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars. Stock is not reserved by adding an item to the cart or by asking to be notified. We may limit quantities, including the limit of two of the same item per customer on a limited drop.
5. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it. An edited order is saved as a new order with a new number.
6. Pre-orders and drops
A pre-order is charged in full at checkout and ships with its drop. Limited drops are made once and do not return. Early access for Workroom members and for higher rewards tiers is access, not a reservation.
7. Discount codes, gift cards and store credit
One discount code may be used per order; a creator code, a welcome code, a referral code and a rewards code each count as that code. Codes do not apply to items already on sale. Gift cards do not expire, have no cash value and may be combined on one order. Store credit does not expire and is held per currency.
8. Essentials Refresh and the Workroom
Essentials Refresh charges your payment method for each box until you cancel, under the Subscription Policy. The Workroom is a paid annual membership that renews automatically on the anniversary of joining; it cannot be paused or skipped, and cancellation is handled by our team on request, with perks running to the end of the year paid for.
9. Rewards and referrals
Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire after 18 months without activity. We may correct points earned in error or through abuse. Referral credit is released after a review window and applies to a friend's first order only.
10. Returns, exchanges and repairs
Returns, exchanges, final sale, refunds, cancellations and the repair warranty are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Care
Follow the care label. Damage from washing against the care label is not covered by the warranty, and a waxed jacket keeps its cover only while it is re-waxed once a season. Nothing we say about a fabric is medical advice; if a piece causes a reaction, stop wearing it.
12. Reviews and content you post
When you post a review, you give us permission to display it in the store and in our marketing. Reviews are checked before they are published.
13. Community
Wrenfield Field Notes and the Wrenfield Discord are run on third-party platforms and are subject to their terms as well as our house rules. They are not support channels.
14. Our content
The store, its text, images and designs belong to Wrenfield or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
15. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, the store is provided as is, and our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
