Check a gift card balance
Type the code exactly as it appears in your gift card email or on a printed card from the flagship, and this page shows what is left. You do not need to sign in.
How gift cards work
- Wrenfield gift cards do not expire.
- The code goes in the Gift card or discount code field at checkout.
- Several gift cards can go on one order, and whatever they do not cover is paid by card.
- A gift card is payment, not a discount, so it works alongside a discount code.
- A digital gift card can be scheduled to arrive on a day you choose. It does not carry a personal message.
- A printed card from the flagship works online: the code printed on it goes in the same field.
Gift card questions
My code is not working.
Check for a space before or after it and that it is in the Gift card or discount code field. If it still fails, write to us with the email it was sent to.
I lost the email.
Write to us. A lost code is re-sent to the email it was bought for; we never type a gift card code into a chat.
Can a card be reissued?
That is decided by our gift cards team. We never offer a discount code in place of a gift card.
My return was resolved as credit and I got a gift card code.
A return taken as store credit may be sent as a gift card code by email. It is the same value.
