Knitwear Cardigan
A relaxed women's cardigan in a merino-cashmere blend, with horn buttons and deep patch pockets
$228
A relaxed women's cardigan in a merino-cashmere blend, with horn buttons and deep patch pockets. The blend is deliberate: pure cashmere at this weight pills and stretches, and the merino gives it a spine.

Questions
Relaxed and hip length, cut to go over a shirt. It runs roomy: if you are between two sizes, size down.
Pure cashmere at this weight pills and stretches. The merino gives the fabric a spine, and the cashmere gives it the softness.
A little, where it rubs, in the first weeks. That is the fiber settling and it combs off. It is not a defect.
Yes. They are deep patch pockets. A heavy load will pull any knit over time, so keys and a phone are fine and a water bottle is not.
There is a spare inside the side seam. If that one is gone too, a button that pulled out under normal use is a free repair for two years.
No. A knit this soft stretches on a hanger. Fold it.

Camel · 5'5", between S and M, bought S: runs roomy
I am between S and M and took the S as the page says. Still relaxed, the shoulder seam sits where it should.

Black · 5'3", usually XS, bought XS: relaxed as described
Phone in one, keys in the other, and they have not bagged out.

Heather Gray · 5'0", usually XXS, bought XXS: long on a petite frame
I am petite and it lands mid-thigh rather than at the hip. I like it, but it is more of a coatigan on me.

Camel · 5'8", usually M, bought M: relaxed
I have had pure cashmere go thin at the elbows in a season. This feels like it has a backbone.

Heather Gray · 5'6", usually M, bought M: relaxed
It pilled where my bag strap sits and under the arms within a month. It combs off, but it comes back there. Lovely otherwise.

Black · Gift; bought L for someone usually XL: fits
Bought it for my mother in a size down from her usual. She wears it most evenings.

Camel · 5'7", usually S, bought S: relaxed
Each one is slightly different. The spare inside the seam is a thoughtful touch.

Black · 5'9", usually XL, bought XL: a size big
I ordered my usual XL and could have gone L. I kept it because I like it slouchy.
