Edit or cancel an unshipped order
While your order has not shipped, you can change it here. Look it up with the order number and your email, choose Edit order, and the page settles any difference in price before you confirm.

size and color swaps move nothing
As long as the new size is in stock.
What you can change

| The shipping address | Until the label is printed. After that it is a redirect request with the carrier |

- An edited order is saved as a new order with a new number, and the old one closes.
- The payment method cannot be changed after purchase.
- Once an order has shipped it cannot be edited or canceled: refuse the delivery or start a return.
- A pre-order can be canceled for a full refund at any point before it ships; past the 24 hours, our team puts that cancellation through.
Editing questions
I ordered an hour ago to my old apartment.
You are inside the window. Look the order up and change the address.
The size I want to swap to is sold out.
Then the swap cannot be made. Keep the size you ordered and exchange later, or cancel while it is unshipped.
Part of my order has shipped.
Then the split goes to our team. Write to us with the order number.
