1. What Essentials Refresh is
Essentials Refresh is Wrenfield's subscription. It ships tees, socks or base layers on a schedule you choose and charges your payment method for each box: you pay, and a box arrives. It is separate from the Workroom, which is a paid annual membership for perks and ships nothing.

3. The saving
Each box is 15% off the one-time price.
4. Cadence
Boxes ship every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. You choose the cadence on the product page when you start the plan, and you can change it in the portal.
5. Managing your plan
Everything is self-serve in the subscription portal. You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email; there is no password.
- Change the size or the color of the next box, before it is processed.
- Skip the next box, before its billing date.
- Pause the plan, for up to 3 months.
- Change the cadence, or reschedule the next box.
- Swap to another subscribable piece, or remove an item.
- Edit the shipping address and see the next charge.
- Cancel, and reactivate a recently canceled plan.
Two things are not available in the portal: sending a box now, and putting a second product in the same box.
6. Billing and failed payments
Each box is charged on its billing date, which the plan shows. If a payment fails, update your card in the portal. We never collect a card in chat or by email.
7. Price changes
A price change is announced by email before the charge it applies to.
8. Canceling
You can cancel at any time in the portal. A box that has already been charged goes out as normal; canceling stops the ones after it.
9. Prepaid plans
A prepaid plan works differently. Canceling stops the renewal, and the boxes already paid for still ship. Whether unshipped boxes are refunded is decided by our team.
10. Returns and exchanges
A subscription box follows the Refund Policy: 30 days to return and 45 to exchange, unworn, unwashed and with tags. Opened socks are final sale. Any refund or reversal of a subscription charge is handled by our team.
11. Points
Boxes on your account earn 1 point per dollar when they ship.
12. Demonstration store
This is a demonstration store operated by Razviel, and no orders are processed. No plan can be started, changed or charged here; the subscription controls in the sample account are saved in your browser only.
