How you earn
Points come from signed-in orders on this site, at 1 point per dollar. They are counted on the product total after discounts, rounded down, and are added when the order ships. Shipping, tax, gift card purchases and the Workroom fee do not earn points.
- A guest order earns nothing, and cannot be added to an account afterward.
- Essentials Refresh boxes earn when each one ships.
- A purchase at a stockist or the flagship does not earn points on this site.
- There is no reward for writing a review or for joining the community.

Choose the reward on this page and confirm. The points are spent, and the reward becomes a discount code that is listed in your points history. It goes in the Gift card or discount code field at checkout, and it counts as the order's one code. Like every code, it does not apply to items already on sale.

Free standard shipping on every order, free return labels and a free repair a year are not tier perks: they belong to the Workroom, the paid membership.
The fine print, in plain words
- Sign in before you check out.
- A return moves points both ways: the ones you redeemed on that order come back, and the ones you earned on it come off.
- Points expire after 18 months without activity on the account.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be moved between accounts.
- If your balance looks wrong, or you redeemed by mistake, write to us. Restoring points by hand is done by our rewards team.
Rewards questions
Is Rewards the same as the Workroom?
No. Rewards is free: you earn points on your orders. The Workroom is a paid annual membership, $60 a year, with free shipping, free return labels, early access to drops and a free repair a year. You can have either or both.
Can I use a reward code with another code?
No. It is one code per order. A gift card is payment, not a code, so it works alongside.
When do my points appear?
When the order ships.
I redeemed by mistake.
Write to us soon. When the code is unused, the rewards team can switch it off and put the points back.
