What you can do in the portal

Subscription questions
My size changed.
Change it in the portal before the next box is processed. It is the most common request, and you do not need to write to us for it.
Boxes are piling up.
Space them out with a longer cadence, or pause for up to three months.
I canceled and was still charged.
A box that had already been charged goes out as normal; canceling stops the ones after it. If the charge is $60 and nothing shipped, that is the Workroom renewing, not a box.
I have a prepaid plan.
Canceling stops the renewal, and the boxes already paid for still ship. Whether unshipped boxes are refunded is decided by our team.
