Repairs and warranty claims
File the claim with your order and a photo of what failed. The page issues a free shipping label to the Portland workroom, and the repair team reviews the claim and does the work.

- Within 2 years of delivery the repair is free. After that it is done at cost, and the repair team quotes it first.
- We do not publish a turnaround; the team gives one with your claim.
- A hemmed pair is final sale. Soak and wear a raw pair before you ask for a hem.
- When a repair is not possible, the repair team decides between a replacement and a credit.

You have one free repair a year on any Wrenfield piece, even one outside the warranty.
Is it a defect or wear?
A hole, a dropped stitch, a seam or zip that fails, a snap that pulls out: defect. Pilling, shedding, crushed pile, fading: wear.
