Fit, wear and care
- Take your usual size. It is cut close through the body and slightly cropped.
- It is made to sit right over a high-rise waist; with a mid-rise it will show a little skin when you reach.
- Wool cycle, cold, with wool wash. Dry it flat.
- It is fine enough to layer under a coat without bulk.
- Comb off any light pilling flat on a table, in one direction.
- Wash knitwear cold, by hand or on the wool cycle, and always dry it flat
- Wash denim rarely, inside out and cold, and hang it to dry
- Never tumble-dry wool, cashmere blends or waxed cotton
- Re-wax waxed jackets once a season and never machine-wash or dry-clean them

100% extra-fine merino wool, 18.5 micron, knitted at 12-gauge in Portugal. Fully fashioned, with a linked V-neck, rib cuffs and hem.

How does it fit?
Slim and slightly cropped, true to size. It hits at the high hip.
I want it longer.
Sizing up adds width more than length. If you want a longer, roomier merino, the Merino Crew in one size down from your usual is the closer match.
Is it see-through?
No. It is a fine knit, not a sheer one. A light bra under the Oatmeal is the usual advice for any pale knit.
How deep is the V?
Moderate: it shows a collarbone and takes a tank or a shirt collar underneath.
Can it be machine washed?
Yes, on a cold wool cycle. Dry it flat.
